Aurora Navigator
IGT Developed Aurora Navigator, its end to end Lottery application which helps State Lottery Organizations. The major modules are Retailer Manager, Reporting, Instant Configurator, Order Wizard, Terminal Manager, Instant Validation and Distribution.

Various levels of high fidelity wire frames were created and iterated based on the end-user inputs and feedback.
User Journey
Based on User study, research and inputs from Product Owners, various stages of user journeys were designed and pain points were identified.
Usability Testing
Participated as observer during the testing conducted at NJ Lottery. Concluded user feedback, recommendations and overall feedback on application pages and components.
